As I started to work with more members of the Career Change Community, I started to see the flaws in how most people approached their job search, and how most service providers erred in their ability to provide the outcomes that their customers really wanted.

There are numerous people who offer resume writing services, LinkedIn profile optimization, even automated job application services, but almost all of them only offer one of these services.  Very few people offer to drastically reduce the time and frustration associated with all these more visible components to the job search and offer the real thing of value, the most important component of all, preparation for the interview.  After all, even if someone has the perfect resume, the perfect ​LinkedIn profile, and has applied to the perfect job for them, if they bomb the interview, they won't get the job.

​So we looked to create a bundled solution that automated the job application process so people could focus on interview preparation.  We partnered with WeApply.net to offer five members of our community the opportunity to participate in their automated application service so we could help them go into their next job interview confidently and prepared for success.
