Steven Walters and Troy Heiner collaborated between May and October 2023 to create a video series of conversations called "Quick Wins".  The goal of the series was to provide actionable advice for people seeking new jobs and careers. 

The shorts derived from the longer form videos found an audience and regularly got over 1000 views.  Steven's video editing prowess created very engaging content from the conversations and that led to a steady increase in subscriptions, until the 2000 subscriber threshold was finally breached.

For their next project, Troy and Steven are planning a course for Entrepreneurs to avoid and conquer burnout.
